We're back with another chic room for this month's Color Adventures! For July, we're all about BLUE, so we created a super relaxing seating area with all different shades of the most calming color there is. Check it out…
This dreamy gold splattered wallpaper was our inspiration for the space. We used it on one wall as an accent and painted the opposite wall a pretty pale blue.
This washable rug is perfect for this space because it's neutral, dreamy, and sophisticated. It balances out all the color nicely while still adding a playful, cozy element to the room.
The chairs were originally plain wood, so we painted them the same color as the wall! This is a great way to tie in the decor with the space. It's complimentary, cohesive, and fun!
With any space, the key to adding life is with greenery! We love a good fiddle leaf tree with a few succulents and smaller plants sprinkled throughout the room.
And last but not least, another key element we always incorporate when styling a space is lots of different textures! Here we have a fun shag rug, woven stools, and chic metal (gold usually).
P.S. Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the space coming together! It's crazy how different it looks when you see the pulled back view, right?!
