Happy Weekend!

In honor of International Women’s Month, here are some incredible women to follow to build you up and make you better on the (what feels like sometimes draining) socials…

We’re half-way through Women’s History Month, and I hope you’re celebrating every single day for being the strong, confident, woman you are. We’ve had another week of rain in LA, so we’re hoping for some sun this weekend to get outside a little bit, maybe play some tennis or walk Sticky.

In honor of International Women’s Month, here are some incredible women to follow to build you up and make you better on the (what feels like sometimes draining) socials…

For Fitness:
@rozthediva – She’s incredible! A plus-size pole dancer and instructor and also part of Fitbit instructors.
@kanoagreene – Get some great tips for working out in the gym or at home. She modifies work-outs for every fitness level and is just so. happy. it makes you feel better watching.
@roblympian – She’s hilarious. She’s a bronze-medal olympian. It’s so fun to watch her journey and to think maybe you could do a little lifting too.

For Finance:
@herfirst100k – Crush the patriarchy, claim your space. Investing isn’t just for “finance bros” anymore. Tori is smart and relatable and breaks things down for you.
@your.richbff – She’s got all the great business advice for how to navigate the corporate world (and what not to do) along with investment advice, what to do when you win the lottery 😉 and so much more!
@thebudgetnista – Tiffany is hilarious, but also realistic and caring. There’s no shame here, she’s been in the financial pits and knows how to help you get out.

For Civics:
@sharonsaysso – There’s a way to stay up on everything going on in the world without sinking to the pits of despair. Sharon talks about the news, talks about bias, talks about facts, and makes you smarter without wanting to pull your hair out.
@kiteandkeymedia – School House Rock for adults. People around you and on the news saying words and phrases you don’t know? Talking about events you didn’t study or don’t remember? Likely Kite and Key has a video on it!

For Health:
@babiesafter35 – For people thinking about pregnancy or going through it, she debunks popular “trends” and uses research-based facts to help you muddle through all the misinformation out there. And if you’re not thinking about pregnancy, it’s still fun to see her get into it with creators only trying to sell supplements 🙂
@themamadentist – She’s for more than just kids! Feel encouraged when you don’t want to brush, learn tricks and tips you probably should have known years ago, and engage with a friendly dentist so might be less scared when you visit yours!

For Laughs:
@ashgutermuth – A military spouse and stand-up comedian who makes little jokes about the air force, life on base, her husband, and her followers. It’s always nice to have a laugh.
@colormeloverly – She does skits as different celeb’s PR reps and it’s hilarious. I particularly like her royal family conversations.
@heatherkmcmahan – A good ol’ southern girl living her best life with her amazing mother, husband, and two frenchies. She’s always touring, and her on-the-road stories are worth the watch.
