I've never been a huge hat girl (they just look odd on me), but I've always loved Eugenia Kim's chic sets for hat-rocking ladies. Fun news…she's launching a collection with Target on April 18th which includes a handful of adorable and affordable hats that seem just perfect for my upcoming trip to Palm Springs! I may just have to give hats a second chance now…
