Last week at Alt, sweet Jordan gave me one of these amazing Rocky Road chocolate bars from a San Francisco favorite, Bi-Rite Creamery. I haven't had a chance to visit Bi-Rite during my past visits to SF, so I loved that I could get a taste from afar with the chocolate bar version of one of their favorite flavors. Made by Charles Chocolates, the ice cream chocolate bar is an exclusive item to Bi-Rite…and boy is it GOOOOD! — Joy

BiRite is heavenly. Next time you are in SF, go to their creamery and get their salted caramel ice cream. I dream about it.

Rocky Road is my FAVORITE icecream, and that candy bar looks amaaazing! I could get my rocky-road fix even when its too cold for icecream (not that I’m ever NOT in the modd for icecream :)… it would have to be pretty dang cold)

Wow, this looks beyond delicious. Rocky Road sends my edible memory back to thoughts of summer ice cream shops.
I took a peek at Bi-Rite’s site and so desperately wish that they had an east coast spot. Their Honey Lavender, Earl Grey, Meyer Lemon, Toasted Coconutand Orange Cardamom ice cream would be devoured on a daily basis. So maybe it’s actually good that they’re not here…. 🙂
