Happy last day of February! We're wrapping up the month with THREE warm tonal outfits for our February Color Adventures. I typically don't plan outfits around tones, so this was a really fun challenge and got me to think outside of the box when picking outfits. Most of these outfits use pieces I haven't paired together before, and now I have some new favorite combinations. Check it out…
Colorful Combo — I love this look because it combines so many colors, solids with patterns, and plays with lots of different textures. One thing that's nice about picking outfits based on tones is that the color naturally work well together. I paired the fun, flowy floral skirt with a solid, deep green tee and topped it off with a suede mustard coat. When pairing coats with skirts, make sure the hem lines vary so that you can see a bit of the skirt peeking out! To bring it all together, I choose my go-to metallic pink booties for a fun dose of shine.
Colorful Combo: Zara coat (similar, past season), Old Navy top (past season), Sam & Lavi skirt (past season), Anine Bing shoes (past season).
Flowy Floral — This is one of my new favorite outfits! The olive green jumpsuit is a great staple that can be worn for lots of occasions. Pair it with a colorful vintage duster and hot pink heels and BAM…you've got a comfortable, chic, and sophisticated ensemble for work or play.
Flowy Floral: Vintage floral duster, Amae Co. jumpsuit (similar), Loeffler Randall shoes (similar).
Simple Stripes — This is a super easy outfit to throw on and instantly feel polished without tons of effort. This dress has a chinch and tie at the waist to give it shape, and I love that it is a short dress with long sleeves for cool fall or spring days. I slipped on some black booties to match and ta-dah! Instant outfit for the office, date night, or dinner with friends.
Simple Stripes: ASTR dress, Dolce Vita shoes (past season).

I so love all the cover ups especially the yellow cardigan.
Thanks Minah!
