Style Tips: My Active Wear

I recently updated my workout clothes after 20+ years and wanted to share some of my favorites…

I’m no fitness influencer, BUT I’ve always been active in some way (some parts of my life WAYYYY more than others). I recently updated my workout clothes after 20+ years and wanted to share some of my favorites. These lean towards tennis (since that’s my longtime sport), but many work for lots of other types of workouts, too…

Outfit 1 and 2 – Bright and Bold
Whether starting with a top and skirt or top and shorts, I love this head-to-toe look that’s light and crisp (and graphic) for the season right now!

Sources: Tee from The Courts, Adidas x Stella McCartney skirt (past season), Adidas x Marimekko Track Jacket, Adidas x Marimekko Track Pants, Adidas Court Jam Sneakers.

Outfit 3, 4, and 5 – Full-On Fun
This outfit evolves from a bit of mix-and-match to full on head-to-toe vibes. I love all the options, and they are all comfy and easy to wear. I tend to dress like this when it’s cool in the morning, but I know I’ll be warmed up 15 minutes into my hitting session.

Sources: Marysia Venus Dress, Adidas x Marimekko tank, skirt (similar), jacket, pants; Adidas Court Jam Sneakers.

And, while these outfits are very style forward, they are all super comfy and have the appropriate materials for being active. While fun clothes don’t make you any better at your sport, they do make working out a little more bearable! 😛

*First outfit shown in reel but not here: Lee Denim Jumpsuit and Beyond Yoga hoodie (past season) and Mono B Grace Shorts. Armoire from Industry West.
