A sequin jacket is the piece in your wardrobe you didn’t think you needed, but you do. It’s the statement piece that packs a punch. You can wear it over a tee and jeans for an instant outfit, or later it over a holiday dress for a full-on glam look. Here’s how I wore mine…

Outfit 1 – Casual Sparkle
Jeans and a tee will always be the ultimate cool and easy look, but when you can add one piece that takes it to the moon and stars, well…that’s what I want!

Tip: When shopping for a special jacket or piece like this, think about how you’ll layer it to make sure it’s roomy enough (or fitting enough) for how you’ll likely wear it.

Outfit 2 – Sparkle All the Way
For the holidays (or anything extra special), layering a sequin something over a dress adds extra magic no question. I was able to bring in texture through the dress and still add a pop of color with the boots!

Tip: Often outwear tends to be neutral to go with anything you might want to wear underneath. But in this case, since the jacket is so full of color, think about keeping the companion piece more neutral.
