Puffer coats and vests have been around since I was a kid, yet they have gotten increasingly WAY cooler since my days of being a kid in the 80’s when Marty McFly made the puffer vest the thing to wear…ha! Here are a few ways I’m rocking puffer vests and coats right now…

Outfit 1 – Invested in a Dress
A puffer vest with a feminine color or detail (like these ruffles) make for a great layering piece over a dress. You could also then layer with another coat on top if needed for winter warmth.

Outfit 2 – Cozy with a Dress
A solid puffer coat like this makes a versatile piece to add over something dressy or casual.

Outfit 3 – Puff Perfect
A puffer vest works great over a jumpsuit like this easy velvet piece. Pair them with winter boots, and you’re layered up for the winter day.

Outfit 4 – Cozy in Greens
This makes me want to be in the mountains with a huge cup of hot cocoa! I love that all of these pieces are warm, cozy, and oh so cool. Layer this puffer over anything to make a statement with it’s 70’s inspired pattern!
